When you do a "wipe", you are basically restoring the Blackberry to its initial conditions it was when it came in the box.

You will be deleting all the information from it doing a clean sweep of all data.

The Blackberry will be back to "factory" settings which mean that the new owner will be asked to go through the device setup just like you did (if you did).

That's all you need to do to be sure that the Blackberry is clean.
References :
If you do this it will clean everything out as if you just turned it on for the first time when you bought it everything is restored to default so to answer your question no there is not.
References :
"wiping it out" just means your reseting your phone to be the way it was when you took it out of the box (brand new) so no information will be left on it so make sure to save anything before hand. You don't have to do anything after u reset phone.
